“Orders” means any request placed by You to purchase Goods from Us through the Website.

“Service” refers to the TsotetsiKL online store, customer support channels, and related fulfillment systems.

“Website” refers to TsotetsiKL online stores accessible via www.tsotetsikl.co

“You” / “Customer” means the individual, entity, or organisation accessing or using the Service or purchasing Goods from Us.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING & FULFILMENT POLICY

Order Processing & Production Time

All orders are subject to a production and processing period prior to dispatch.

Standard production timelines are 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.

Orders are not processed, produced, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Certain items, collections, or peak production periods may require extended timelines. Where applicable, updated timelines will be communicated directly to the customer.


Production vs Shipping

Customers acknowledge that order fulfilment consists of two distinct phases:

  1. Production / Preparation Phase (creation, manufacturing, quality control, packaging)

  2. Shipping / Delivery Phase (courier transit to the customer)

Delays may occur in either phase due to:

  • High order volume

  • Fabric or material availability

  • Quality control requirements

  • Courier delays or operational disruptions

  • Public holidays or seasonal peaks

  • Unforeseen logistical constraints

Such delays do not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or chargeback.


Shipping Method

We use The Courier Guy and other reputable logistics partners depending on operational requirements and delivery destination.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within South Africa, unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or specific product listings.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier network conditions

  • Weather or regional disruptions

  • Operational capacity of logistics partners

TsotetsiKL is not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been handed over to the shipping provider.


Communication of Delays

If a significant delay occurs in production or shipping, customers may be notified via email or telephone using the contact details provided at checkout.


Risk Transfer

Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for delivery timing and transit conditions transfers to the logistics provider.
